Huawei has scheduled a product launch event for August 5, where it will unveil the nova 16 SE alongside newer versions of the MateBook Fold Ultimate Design and MatePad Pro. The company will also introduce a new MateBook Pro S and a lineup of RGB MiniLED TVs.
The nova 16 SE is confirmed to be powered by the Kirin 8020 chipset and feature a 6.84-inch AMOLED display with up to 8,000 nits of peak brightness.

It will also feature a 50MP primary rear camera with Red Maple Imaging technology and pack an 8,500mAh battery with support for 66W wired fast charging. The handset will run HarmonyOS out of the box.

Huawei will also unveil an upgraded MatePad Pro at the event, although the company has yet to reveal any details about the tablet.
Also making its debut at the event will be an updated MateBook Fold Ultimate Design, the successor to Huawei’s original MateBook Fold with an 18-inch foldable display. It will be available in three color options.
The company will also introduce the new MateBook Pro S, which is said to weigh just 798 grams.
All of the upcoming devices, except the upgraded MatePad Pro, are currently available for pre-order through Huawei’s official online store.
