- The vivo X Fold 6 could soon hit global markets, starting with Europe, according to a new leak.
- It launched in June but has been limited to the Chinese market, though the company promised a global release at the time.
- The premium book-style foldable could start from €2,199 (~$2,550), directly competing with Samsung’s Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra.
The foldable smartphone market is bigger than ever. While we’ve just seen Apple join the bandwagon, brands like Samsung have been riding it for years. Chinese OEM vivo has also been part of the game for a while now, and launched its latest, the X Fold 6, in its home market a few months ago. The manufacturer already confirmed the foldable would eventually launch globally, and we’re now gaining more details on that front.
According to renowned leaker Roland Quandt on Bluesky, vivo is gearing up to release the X Fold 6 in Europe imminently. While no specific date was offered, Quandt revealed that the foldable in the 12/512GB configuration may cost €2,199 (~$2,550) in the region.
