Google recently released the second beta of Android 17, and today OnePlus is rolling this out to the OnePlus 15. However, do note that the company says this is “best suited for developers and other advanced users”.
OnePlus 15 5G
The purpose of this release is to allow app developers and early adopters to create “even better software experiences”. The installation requires flashing a ROM, and if you don’t have experience in software development or you expect to use the device as a daily driver, it’s not recommended to proceed.

All data will be wiped with the installation, Google Cast isn’t working, there may be instances of the screen flickering, crashes, unresponsiveness, or inability to use some system apps and settings, so you’ve been warned. Also, in certain scenarios the camera viewfinder turns into a black screen, and there are third party app compatibility issues too.
If you are a developer or have a OnePlus 15 just lying around and are well versed in flashing ROMs, the full instructions on how to get the Android 17 beta 2 onto your device are at the Source linked below.
